Rebuilt or cleaned? If it is only $90, I would suspect the carb is fouled up and needs to be cleaned. With only 1300 miles on a two year old motorcycle, it could be the motorcycle was in storage and had old dirty gasoline sitting in the tank, or that old gasoline had dired up and made the carb all gummy. Please provide me with more details as to exactly what they said needed to be done and I can answer better.
